On March 22nd 2023, Ardans and 3org present OPHELIE during Search-Day at the IESF in Paris headquarters

OPHELIE is the result of a common observation and analysis by 3org & Ardans based on their expertise in information governance and knowledge engineering.

OPHELIE, the pragmatic approach to harmonising the description data and the common language of the organisation.

As an actor in data, documents, knowledge, monitoring, skills or even the information system, you need to find answers to various questions.

Examples of questions that triggered the reflection
 

• What information should go into what tool, with what level of quality?
• How to make the search for information efficient?
• Where is the best and most up-to-date knowledge?
• How can we make people understand each other better?
• How can we harmonise metadata in the tools and ultimately develop a common language with the business lines?
• etc.
   

The Search-Day event organisation

The association Ingénieurs et Scientifiques de France (IESF) is hosting the 15th edition of Search-Day on March 22nd, 2023 at its premises (7 Rue Lamennais 75008 Paris). The event is organised by Veille Magazine and brings together professionals in the field of strategic information research and the mastery of complex environments; the event is organized by Veille Magazine.

The intervention of Jean-Pascal Perrein (3org) & Laurent Gire (Ardans) will take place at 4pm. It will explain the thinking that led us to OPHELIE, an acronym for

"OPeration of Harmonisation and ELicitation of Information for Expertise".

OPHELIE's positioning

The improvement and harmonisation of uses depend on its classification, identification, level of quality and accessibility. Short-term expectations for long-term governance call for a prioritisation of mixed cultural, technological and methodological actions.
