Training courses for professionals

Inter-company training courses are scheduled every quarter, or as soon as a quorum of trainees has been reached.
Intra-company courses are generally scheduled within a maximum of 8 weeks (when adaptation is necessary).
KM04 training is intended for intra-company use only.
Some courses can be run remotely.

Modalities of training

These different KM Knowledge Management training courses are aimed at heads of entities, knowledge managers, knowledge engineers, experts, anyone wanting to formalise, structure or transfer knowledge or working in human capital development.

The programme includes methodological presentations as well as practical exercises based on real cases.

These training sessions, led by Ardans KM Knowledge Management experts, last between 1 and 3 days and are held on your site or at Ardans. In order to optimise the quality of the pedagogical transfer, the number of participants is limited.

Fundamentals of Knowledge Management

With the ARDANS KM training you will be able to understand what Knowledge Management is. ARDANS knowledge management expert will enable you to acquire the vocabulary and the fundamentals of knowledge management or KM Knowledge Management, and to discover methods and operational tools of KM.

Structuring a knowledge area

This KM training proposed by Ardans, expert in knowledge management, aims to learn how to recognise and structure the knowledge of a business domain. It is aimed at knowledge managers, knowledge engineers, or anyone involved in human capital development. This "advanced" Knowledge Management course lasts two days and teaches participants how to structure knowledge to meet the needs of a team in a given business.

The KM training proposed by Ardans aims to learn how to formalise the knowledge assets of a business domain or a set of businesses that contribute to an activity. This KM training will enable participants to identify the main types of knowledge; to organise and carry out knowledge gathering interviews; to describe a business repository and to model the knowledge domain.

Assessing and identifying key knowledge

The upcoming departure of a member of your staff (retirement, transfer...) or of an expert in your field, encourages you to set up a knowledge transfer process. CoP: Communities of Practice training

ARDANS, expert in knowledge management, offers "CoP: Communities of Practice training" KM training courses. These training courses are designed to help you understand and assume your role as a facilitator or active member of a Community of Practice.

Ardans training courses referenced in Datadock

Ardans training courses have been granted Datadock referencing status

Since the decree n°2015-790 of 30 June 2015, training organisations must meet certain criteria:

Precise identification of the objectives of the training and its adaptation to the audience being trained
The adaptation of the reception, pedagogical follow-up and evaluation systems to the trainee public
The adequacy of the teaching, technical and supervisory resources to the training offer
The professional qualification and continuous training of the people in charge of training
The conditions for informing the public about the training offer, its access times and the results obtained
The training organisations that meet these 6 criteria will be referenced and can then be financially supported
