In order to benefit of its actual growth, Mitsubishi Elevator invested in the establishment of a knowledge management device and of feedback management to back up and consolidate the training of its technical staff.
Mitsubishi Elevator initialized the operation in the future prospects of a "Management of the pratices "Quality settings & Trainings"". Naturally the system is declined toward its finality, DIAMANTS: Description of the information on the elevators for the maintenance or the installation of new devices and the transfert of knowledge.
It was about a co-building between an expert and a new comer with the mediation of a consultant in order to benefit of the initial training of a young technician to constitute and validate a collection of formal and operational knowledge.
The tool, Ardans Knowledge Maker®, was used as a support of capitalization satisfying the following complementary goals:
- to dynamically elaborate a share point of view of a system to spread the good practices of "Quality settings & Trainings" with the concerned actors,
- to validate the contents produce by putting to the test in the field and the operators,
- to enhance the base by the official technical documents from Japan and to transfert them according to the pratices and the current standards.
