Objectives of the course

This KM training offered by Ardans, expert in knowledge management, aims to learn how to recognise and structure the knowledge of a business domain.

How the course is run

The KM training offered by Ardans covers the following elements:

Day 1

Initiating a structuring from a first understanding of the domain

Define the common language and classification tree
Identify the types of knowledge for the domain
Getting users and managers to express their expectations through collaborative structuring

Day 2

Finalise the structuring with elements of capitalisation

Formalise some elements of knowledge
Establish links between elements
Develop the structuring with the life of the system
Organisation of access rights to knowledge
