Initiate a knowledge management approach

Or how to implement knowledge management in your organisation. The offer we propose is composed of four phases that constitute the global life cycle of a KM or Knowledge Management project.

Our approach

The four phases of the Knowledge Management project are

  1. Diagnosis,
  2. Project Design and Specifications,
  3. Project Deployment,
  4. Project lifecycle.

These phases follow each other sequentially and each requires the results of the previous phase as input.

Note that the phases can also be implemented independently on request, in which case a preliminary study is required for phases 2, 3 and 4.
