KM project design and specification

Architecture and organisation Knowledge Management

This phase consists of three stages:

  1. The design of the foundations,
  2. The detailed functional design of the solution,
  3. The definition of a pilot (or POC, i.e. proof of concept).

For step 1 we provide you with a design file of the foundations of your Knowledge Management project detailing the activity to be implemented within the company (functionally and technically), as well as a provisional schedule and the resources required.

A detailed functional design of what needs to be done with a definition of the knowledge process or Knowledge Management to be implemented and a dimensioning of the project are given in the functional specifications file.

Finally, this phase includes an operational definition of a pilot in order to concretise the concepts defined upstream and to allow time for the analysis of the feedback necessary for adjustments. It gives rise to a pilot definition file (who, what, when and how).

Timeframe: 3 to 6 months.
