from 11 to 13 June 2025 in Troyes.

Ardans presents at AGeCSO 2025 the publication: "Integrating an ISO 30401-compliant knowledge management system with the existing business processes of an organization".

Ardans offered to share his thoughts and work in progress on the subject of knowledge management systems.

How can we reconcile the ideas of Deming, Nonaka, Grundstein, ISO30401, integrated management systems and the reality of our operations?

 Why such an illustration to represent this exchange?

Those in the know will recognise the standards:

• ISO 30401:2018 entitled ‘Knowledge management systems - Requirements’, which is preparing its new version,
• ISO/IEC 5392:2024 entitled ‘Information technology - Artificial intelligence - Reference architecture of knowledge engineering’,
• ISO/IEC 22989:2022 entitled ‘Information technology - Artificial intelligence - Artificial intelligence concepts and terminology’.
